Allée Bleue Herbs
We have fertile soils, a modern greenhouse and shade net facilities allowing us to cultivate a wide variety of fine herbs which are used in our Allée Bleue kitchens. Additionally we supply many retail outlets including Food Lovers Market, Spar, Pick n Pay, and Checkers stores across the Western Cape.
Our range of herbs include Sweet Basil, Coriander/Dhania. Dill, Fennel, French and Garlic Chives, Rocket (wild and cultivated), Rosemary, Sage, Mint, Thyme, Lemongrass, Oregano, Sorrel, Tatsoi (Spinach Mustard), Watercress, Tarragon and Chervil.

Allée Bleue Fruits
In excess of 80 hectares of fruit are grown on the estate for the export market and locally where we supply Pick n Pay stores.
Our range include Alphine nectarines, Packham triumph Pears, Laetitia, Songold, Ruby Nel, Pioneer, Purple Majesty, and Sun Kiss Plums, and Presimmons (Sharon Fruit)
